Cheddar and fresh Curds
Sauvignon Blanc. A nice and green apple taste with a good acidity - good match with the salty taste of fresh curds.
Mozzarella
Vidal. Flavours of pear, pineapple and citrus. A light wine, easy to drink.
Cheddar medium
Riesling dry. Flavours of peach, apricot, honey with a good acidity.
Cheddar old
Gewürztraminer. Spicy wine with good fruit flavours of peach, mango and mainly “Lychees”.
Cheddar extra old and Parmesan
Chardonnay. Taste of apple citrus, nutty, buttery and a nice taste of vanilla and oak if matured in the cask.

Gamay noir. A light fruity wine that will match the fresh cheese. Serve chilled

Merlot. A soft wine, with flavours of wild fruits and a bit spicy.

Pinot noir. Good taste of red fruits, jammy and earthy and a nice taste of vanilla and oak if matured in the cask.

Cabernet franc. Flavours of wild fruits, spices, herbs and cedar.
Cheddar extra old and Parmesan
Cabernet Sauvignon. Spicy wine with flavours of blackberry, blueberry, cedar, tobacco and earthy.
