St-Albert's cheese Curds have a firm texture that literally melts in your mouth. Their mildly salted taste is particularly enjoyable when served fresh, at room temperature and do not require refrigeration for up to 24 hours.

Characteristics

Usually made of unpressed cheddar; pieces as big as a grape; soft dough, elastic, white of color; light smell of milk; soft taste of fresh cheddar with a touch of cream milk aroma. choice of white or coloured.

How to serve

The « snack » by excellence, that we put in the lunch box of young and older people. As an appetizer with pretzels, peanuts, olives. In a salad, a soup or in an omelette and obviously, on fries with gravy, for one delicious poutine!

We have the choice !

No other cheese has the same quality as our cheddar. The soft and fresh texture always seduces consumers : Trecce, Mozzarella, Colby or Farmers. And, of course, nothing can replace the taste of quality like the St-Albert Cheese curds.
